Review two sample recipients
The sample opens at recipient review. Notice that the owner’s mailing address and the property address are separate. These records are fictional and must not be mailed.
Continue to letter setup
Use either Continue button. A demonstration project, sender, phone number, and sample wording are already filled in. Change a field and see the letter preview update.
Download a sample
Continue to downloads, check the review box, and generate the notice PDF. Or choose #10 envelopes or Avery 5160 labels and confirm the mailing review.
Start your real project
Use “Start a blank project” in the demo banner when you are ready. Demo downloads are excluded from completed-batch reporting.
