A dedicated banner area sits below the work area and public guide content. A shared rotation of up to 16 sponsors fills up to four compact spaces per view, with no pop-ups, autoplay, or ads in generated documents.

These introductory rates reflect a new site building its audience. Placements are time-based, with no guaranteed impressions, clicks, or leads. Up to 16 campaigns share the rotation, regardless of banner size. A view has room for four compact banners, two wide banners, or a mix. Wide artwork buys more space when shown, not extra turns. Availability is confirmed during review; an application alone does not reserve a campaign place.

Include your business name or logo, a brief benefit, and a readable call to action. Keep important text away from the edges and use a short, readable headline. Check compact artwork at both 320 × 100 and 160 × 50 pixels. Upload the exact dimensions above; the displayed size adapts to the available window space without stretching or cropping your artwork.
Compact banners appear two per row, up to 320 × 100 pixels each. Wide artwork appears up to 728 × 90 pixels in larger windows. At window widths of 600 pixels or less—including narrow previews—the wide placement uses your 320 × 100 version in the same two-column layout. Images shrink when needed and never enlarge beyond these display limits.
Provide one working HTTPS destination URL and a short text description for accessibility. Upload finished artwork you have permission to use. Animated files, scripts, tracking pixels, misleading download buttons, and claims of official government endorsement are not accepted.
Your banner is eligible for the shared rotation below the tool’s working area and below About, Demo, and guide content. It is not assigned to a particular step, page, or county, and is not promised on every view. Privacy, application, status, and owner pages are kept clear.
The banner selection updates when a visitor opens an eligible page or changes tool steps. There is no timed carousel or automatic refresh while someone stays on a step. If all active artwork fits into four compact spaces, every active campaign can appear on each view. Once the pool grows, campaigns with fewer serving opportunities receive priority, and banner positions vary. Unused spaces show community messages.
Compact and wide campaigns receive balanced serving opportunities over time. Wide banners do not receive priority or extra turns. Actual visibility depends on traffic, scrolling, browser behavior, and how many campaigns are active, so equal impressions, clicks, leads, a fixed position, and appearance on every page are not guaranteed. A newly activated or resumed campaign joins the current rotation without taking extra turns to catch up for time it was absent.
The shared pool has up to 16 campaign places. Each compact or wide campaign uses one pool place; wide artwork uses two of the four display spaces whenever selected. Approved unpaid campaigns and unexpired active or paused campaigns reserve their places. Applying alone does not reserve space. Every placement is one 30-day campaign with no automatic renewal.
This application is for ParcelNotice’s shared engineering and land-project audience. Campaigns rotate across eligible ParcelNotice pages and steps. Placement by profession or county is not offered.
Survey equipment dealers, CAD/GIS software providers, testing laboratories, equipment rental businesses, safety suppliers, continuing-education providers, and related project services are a close fit. Explain which professional audience your product serves in the application notes. Each application is reviewed for relevance, accuracy, and a working destination.
No payment is requested or taken. Your private status page will show the decision and any review note. If artwork needs changes, submit a revised application.
No. Payment details are entered only on Stripe’s hosted checkout after approval. ParcelNotice keeps the payment reference and status, not card numbers or bank-account details. There is no automatic renewal.
Your private status page reports measured banner clicks. Measurement is optional for visitors, so totals do not capture every visitor or click. The scheduling counters balance serving opportunities; they are not verified impressions or audience counts. A click is interest, not a guaranteed lead or sale. We never share parcel-owner lists or letter contents with advertisers.
Contact the owner using the campaign reference. Changes are reviewed before publication. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed individually; neither approval nor payment promises a minimum traffic result. No automatic refunds or recurring charges are initiated by this site.
