PARCELNOTICE / GUIDES
Create utility-work notification batches
Use the same reviewed property list to explain planned utility work, arrange appointments, and follow up on restoration.
1. Select the stage of work
Choose Upcoming utility work, Utility access appointment request, or Restoration follow-up.
2. Review the affected owners
Check parcel identifiers, property locations, and owner mailing addresses. Tax-owner correspondence is separate from any customer or occupant communications your project needs. Keep those delivery requirements in your project’s communication plan.
3. Describe the practical effects
For upcoming work, enter the activities, dates, and expected service or access effects. State when no interruption is anticipated. Appointment letters use a proposed date and access arrangements. Restoration letters describe completed work, remaining items, and follow-up dates.
4. Prepare matching mailing documents
Review your complete letters and confirm that access arrangements and service notifications are handled as needed. Download the letter batch, then choose #10 envelopes or Avery 5160 labels. Save the selection CSV if you will need a later follow-up.
