South Carolina parcel letters and coverage

Prepare original informational letters and voluntary access requests from an authorized CSV list.

Included

16 informational or voluntary drafts across surveying, engineering, planning, utilities, construction and project-related title/document work, plus four HOA correspondence/records drafts and custom wording. Letters, individual-PDF ZIP batches, Avery 5160 labels, #10 envelopes, CSV exports and saved drafts use the same local document tools.

Important limits

These letters do not assert compulsory entry, supply an access agreement, establish a legal deadline, preserve lien rights or replace a hearing, acquisition, utility-service, permit or emergency notice. Affirmative permission and agreed conditions must be documented before entry under a voluntary request. Silence is not consent.

Code §28-2-70(C) is a limited condemnor route, not universal surveyor authority. The historical proposed §40-22-286 is not used as current enacted law.

See the pending statutory workflows and the primary-source application register. ParcelNotice reviews and updates its templates periodically using the sources listed in the template review register. Laws, local rules and project requirements can change. The signatory is ultimately responsible for reviewing every notice for accuracy, completeness and applicability before signing, sending or relying on it, including recipients, authority, dates, required wording, attachments and delivery. Downloading a document does not establish legal compliance, permission to enter, or proof of service. Obtain qualified legal or agency review when needed.
