Ohio live sources: Franklin County Auditor, Hamilton County CAGIS/Auditor, and Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office. Other Ohio counties support authorized CSV imports only. Coverage and data-use notes.
Florida records: Florida GIO, Florida Department of Revenue, and contributing county property appraisers. Texas records: TxGIO and county appraisal districts. Availability and completeness vary. Verify current owner mailing details before sending.
Parcel source: NC OneMap (2019), North Carolina Department of Information Technology, Government Data Analytics Center, Center for Geographic Information and Analysis. Data terms. Prepare the notice
State-specific and general-purpose letters.
Ohio: choose a letter for its supported purpose.
Choose from 17 Ohio drafts for introductions, appointments, updates, courtesy invitations and voluntary requests. The agency-entry draft requires verified appropriation authority, agency approval, qualified recipients and actual notice timing.
Unsupported Ohio uses
ODOT, ODNR, conservancy, telephone-company and other special entry routes use their own reviewed process. This tool does not provide required zoning/hearing/permit, lien, HOA, eviction, tax, acquisition, condemnation or relocation notices.
The agency draft excludes buildings, invasive testing, construction, forced access, railroad/restricted sites and specially controlled public/federal/tribal land. Custom wording does not make these uses supported. Tax-owner records are not a certified notice list. See Ohio scope and sources.
Florida: choose a letter for its specific purpose.
Professional and agency entry drafts have eligibility checks. Other letters are informational correspondence. Parcel coverage does not establish local notice compliance.
Unsupported notices and access uses
Use the responsible authority’s process for required zoning/hearing/neighborhood notices; permit, lien, HOA, eviction or tax notices; regulated utility interruption, excavation or safety notices; acquisition, condemnation or relocation notices. This tool does not validate their recipients, format, attachments or service.
Statutory entry drafts also exclude railroad/restricted/public land, building entry, intrusive testing and construction. A custom letter does not make these uses supported. See Florida scope and local exceptions.
Edited wording is kept for each template while this tab stays open.
Each field above shows its exact merge code in parentheses. Copy that code into the letter where its value should appear—for example, {{signer}} inserts the signer’s name and {{signer_title}} inserts the title.
Each letter automatically includes the logo and department header, date and PIN, recipient address, greeting, closing, and organization footer. Put only the main paragraphs here.
This is the same layout used in your download. Choose the matching paper size in your printer settings and print at 100% / actual size. If the embedded viewer is unavailable, open the PDF using the link above.
Select at least one parcel to preview a letter.
Content preview. Bracketed organization, department, and signer labels show fields you have not filled in. Enter your organization name in Organization footer; a blank optional department is omitted from the PDF. Switch to PDF page preview to see the actual pagination and text size.
